Is my money safe?
Yes. Rent goes from your tenant to your bank through Stripe. RentStack never holds your money or sees your bank details.
Will my tenants actually use it?
Most do once they see how easy it is. You invite them by email, they set a password, and paying takes a minute. They can still pay you by check or cash, and you record it in one click.
Is setup hard?
No. Add a property, a lease and a tenant in a few minutes. Rather not? Send us your spreadsheet and our team sets it up for you.
What do tenants pay?
A small convenience fee when they pay online: $5 or less for bank transfer, 3% for credit cards. By bank transfer you always receive the full rent; by credit card, the full rent less up to 30¢.
Is it really free for one unit?
Yes, with no card needed. Starter includes online rent and repair requests. Add a second unit and you can move to Essential.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can download your records anytime.
